Marcelo Villegas is a Bolivian cinematographer based in Recife - Brasil.

With more than 9 years of experience on commercial, narrative, documentary and music videos.

Winner of Best Cinematography Award in the Festival Mundial de Cine de Veracruz,  camera operator and also a drone operator for 4 years now.

Cinematographer on "Sirena" Carlos Piñeiro's directorial debut feature, World premiered on the Festival Internacional de Cine de Mar del Plata 2019. Winner for best under 35 years  old Director.

Cinematographer on "Madidi" Nat Geo's documentary directed by Elizabeth Unger.

B-Cam and Drone on "Jungle Mystery: Lost Kingdoms of the Amazon" Channel 4 UK documentary series directed by Steve Grandison.

B-Cam and Drone on "Amazon Armaggedon" Discovery Channel's documentary directed by Steve Grandison.

Cinematographer on "Sami" Alicia Lopez's short film, oficial selection in the Lisbon Film Festival, International Shorts Festival and the Chicago Indie Film Festival.
